What data do we process?
From job seekers: name, address, postcode, town or city, phone number, email address, gender (if you fill it in), whether you have a European passport or ID card, when you can start, your CV and what you write about your experience. From business owners: business name, name, address, location, phone number, email address and the roles you need.
What do we use it for?
To put job seekers and hospitality businesses in touch with each other, and to contact you about your sign-up or request. We only share a job seeker's data with a hospitality business when that is needed for a suitable vacancy.
On what basis?
For job seekers, your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). For business owners, handling your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
How long do we keep it?
We keep job seekers' data for 12 months after sign-up, or shorter if you withdraw your consent. We keep business owners' data for as long as needed for the request and any cooperation that follows.
Who helps us?
A submitted form passes through the Cloudflare network (security and speed of the website), is delivered by email through Resend (United States, based on the EU standard contractual clauses) and arrives in a Google mailbox. The website is hosted by Hostinger.
